BLUE ENVELOPE PROGRAM

 The Blue Envelope Program is a police initiative designed to assist drivers with autism or communication challenges during traffic stops. It uses a special blue envelope to store essential documents (driver's license, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance card, emergency contact information) and provides instructions to both the driver and officer, promoting safe, patient, and clear interactions. 

Blue Envelopes can be picked up at the Records Bureau.
